Breaks much higher than its price tag. Used for the 4K Media PC Installation Guide.

Unbelievable price and great performance. AMD's new APUs are being touted as great entry-level gaming rigs, while graphics card prices remain insanely high. While I don't use my computer for gaming, I use a Home Theater PC (HTPC) to control my 42" bedroom TV, I agree. I've played a few games with it and am impressed. not soldered on the IHS (Integrated Heat Spreader) but instead used some thermal paste (commonly known as TIM (Thermal Interface Material)) to save cost, they will run hotter, I think that's not a problem. Of course the processor and Integrated Graphics Die Solution can be overclocked with B and X series motherboards, and a soldered chip will work better in this situation, people overclock them and they're fine. I'm using a very basic A320 motherboard that doesn't support overclocking and I'm not an overclocker anyway. Anyway, I mostly use this as an HTPC, so gaming isn't the focus. To see playtests, there are many on Youtube. Installation was a little tricky because I was using the motherboard I had. in recent years. This mobo was originally intended to be used on my Linux workstation, but they just didn't get along. I used a different motherboard for this Ryzen 3 1300X build and this one came in the box. I had to update the latest BIOS on this A320 cellphone to make it work with the new APU. I borrowed a processor from my Linux machine, went into the BIOS and updated it. Took the CPU back to my Linux machine and reassembled it and the next day Revain brought the 2200G. I installed the processor and admittedly didn't use the cooler that came with it. It's a great cooler to be honest, but I had a larger Ryzen 7 1700 CPU cooler on my Windows gaming PC. Yes, I have many Ryzen based systems now. Anyway, I downloaded the latest 64-bit version of Windows 10 from Microsoft, copied the image to a 16GB USB drive using Rufus and installed it on a 250GB SATA SSD. Windows didn't work well initially. So slow. I installed the chipset drivers. This improved the situation. Video performance was also better, but it still wasn't 100% smooth. I then downloaded AMD's latest video drivers specifically for the integrated Vega GPU and it worked MUCH better but still felt a bit slow. I also noticed that 4K over HDMI is set to 30fps by default. I was able to go into the driver and bump it up to 60 FPS. After that, a Windows 10 update appeared that they wanted to install. Now it worked as fast as I expected. Now all I have to do is transfer my Windows 10 license through my Microsoft account. It was pretty easy. The very first 4K YouTube video I played worked fine at first, but broke in full screen for some reason. Exiting full screen mode and reloading the page seemed to fix the issue. Ever since I reassembled this computer the day after start up until now this has happened again. This is an odd issue, but it looks like it's a driver issue and I'm pretty sure it will go away after a few updates. So that was my method, which I usually use when building a PC, download the latest Windows 10 ISO from Microsoft, install Windows, install the chipset driver and then the graphics driver. This was later confirmed because Gamers Nexus and some other early reviewers had major problems doing it differently. yes me? At the time of writing, this finally seems to be the method for a good PC build experience on this platform. I think as drivers, bios and windows adapt to this new version things will be a lot easier. Also, it's very abstruse, but if you're reading this you're probably buying this CPU for a PC build and will be testing it anyway, but keep an eye out for even newer BIOS versions for your motherboard and I'd avoid any BIOS beta -versions. . Just check the product support page for your mobile device from time to time to make sure you're always up to date. Hope this all helps. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
