Take out the factory installed floor mats, they fit right over the tabs that hold the factory mat in place, some like my wife like carpets underfoot. better, my feet don't slip, i can step on the gas better, perfect for my 2013 buick verano. i don't see any difference, but the husky has more drawings on the lining than the tech. Both options are good, but why pay for a colored label, it's not worth the extra $70. Love my pads, you can put carpet on it if you want the feel of carpet, I don't want Thai
