Review on TM3 by Andre Pendergrass

The system is easy to use with good reporting options. It could be improved by being more user friendly but that's not a problem as it's very well developed. We have been able to implement some new features which we couldn't do before. I would recommend this product because of its ease of use. As far as customer service goes, they are extremely helpful and will go the extra mile to get the solution you need. They can take time to understand some of our queries but once they do they try their best to solve them.
