This tool was inexpensive and seemed to be profitable so far. Mine costs less than nine bakers. Note this price. As for its use, it can really only work one way. The belt is located on one side of the bottom of the vacuum cleaner. The box should face the other side. You can see how the slots are taking the box and where it should go. It should feel fairly firm in place. Then take the strap with the hook and attach it to the "arms" of the box. You have to do one side at a time.
