updated JANUARY 21 - So the first 2 we used got a lot of sweat. To me this means that the glass may have broken the vacuum seal. But I didn't really notice the sweating until we used it a few times. I just took 2 others out of my kit and they are sweating too. There is some insulation but it doesn't last as long as my other double wall mugs. I don't know where all these 5 star reviews that are so GLOW are coming from. Makes me think it's fake. I hope Revane takes a look at the reviews. I would have given it 1 star but I gave it an extra star because the colors were nice (fun for kids) and they are cheaper than buying 4 Starbucks cups. But I am very disappointed. We finally put them away and put away our old Starbucks mugs. I can only compare these glasses to Starbucks glasses that I have used for many years. The colors were perfect for our family so I decided to give it a try. During the first wash, the silicone sealing ring under the lid immediately fell out. That's why we tried to pay attention to it when washing. But we've already lost a pad. Very disappointing after only 3 uses. But I suppose the fallout makes it easier to clean up? I know the ones we put away at Starbucks after noticing them piling up for so many months. But then they just fall out again. I had to deduct 2 stars for that. I'm assuming it seals the liquid, so from now on you have to be careful with the jar or just throw it away.
