I used to use a cheese grater to grate citrus peel. I didn't think the zester would be much different. I was very wrong. Using a citrus peeler is about a thousand times faster and easier. Highly recommend if you still use a cheese grater. THIS specialty grater is very sharp and has a clear plastic lid to prevent accidental injury when digging in your kitchen utensil drawer. And best of all, the lid folds over to double as a container for the grated zest - an amazing dual function!
