This is the pan I didn't know I needed! After several unsuccessful attempts to cook granola in a Pyrex plate, I decided to give this pan a try. That works great. My granola bars stayed together, were easy to remove (I placed a baking sheet on top and flipped the pan, then pulled out the bars one at a time) and was very easy to clean. I was afraid the stickiness would be difficult to wash off the granola bars, but it went away immediately. I didn't spray the trays so don't know if they get greasy, but spraying wasn't necessary to prevent sticking.
