Love it! I use them all the time for cakes, cookies and portion control. We do keto at my house and I thought it was perfect! I have no problems with sticking. The key is not to spray them and let them cool before removing the baked goods.

I am a cake maker and the skull size was perfect for my last birthday cake in October. I can't wait to do more! I filled the mold with a thin layer of white chocolate and put it in the fridge to cool. After 25 minutes I managed to carefully remove the mold and the skull came out perfectly. I highly recommend.

Ideal for cakes. They need to be brown enough to peel off easily or they will stick. Cleaning is a little painful, but not terrible. Each cup must be washed separately. Even if you use adhesive oil, it can still be felt in the silicone after washing. I don't think you need oil.

Serving size is sweet and small, just what I expected. I first tried as suggested and didn't use cooking spray, but it was a disaster. The food didn't want to come out. They came out easier with cooking spray. But after just one use, the pans are stained. Not good. They are easy to clean if you quickly take everything out and immediately put it in the water.

I've never used a silicone baking mold. MARVELOUS! Food pops out instantly, easy to clean. Yes, you must place it on a baking sheet for stability to bake it. When the food was ready, I could put another baking sheet on top and just flip it. The food came right away. I've used them to make perfectly portioned veggie egg slices for breakfast. I take one and my husband takes two. I plan to experiment with other things like mini pizza meatloaf.

This is the pan I didn't know I needed! After several unsuccessful attempts to cook granola in a Pyrex plate, I decided to give this pan a try. That works great.
