The fact that it's easy for me as an employee to be able use this tool without any assistance from HR or my manager.
No more emailing files back n forth with legal counsel! I also like how you can set up alerts when someone has filed something similar in order not duplicate work/time spent researching what we already have access too if they file another request at our office location etc.. We are saving alot of money since all public records filings were previously done manually by us which meant duplicates would happen because 1 person was doing 20+ FOIA requiests per day - now its just one user who does them once every few weeks instead.
