Good choice: Internal switches

This product is easy to install, works as it should, looks good and is well priced. Installation took about 20 minutes with minimal tooling and no special tools. Like others, I did not use the ribbon cable that came with the kit. The factory plugs fit perfectly. Read other reviews. They contain important installation information. Be sure to disconnect the negative battery cable to disable the airbag and once removed, set the horn and airbag aside and away from you just in case. There are 2 snap-on covers on the steering column shroud behind the steering wheel which you will need to pry up to remove the screws that secure the airbag/horn assembly. The old controls are attached with 2 screws each. delete them Then remove the connectors from the ribbon cable. Be careful when unplugging old controllers. Just take your time and work on them, slowly rocking from side to side as you climb them. I then reconnected the cables to the new controls before reattaching them to the wheel. I then reinstalled the horn/airbag assembly. When I got back together I checked everything and it worked great. Hooray! Looks a lot better. Much luck
