While this toaster is cute, it's the only oven I've seen in my 67 years that doesn't get toasted bread hot enough to melt warm butter. The color is the same as on the web. The size is convenient for those who have limited table space. The instructions are not accurate. I followed them to make toast and the first batch burned down. The second batch I watched while cooking looked perfect. But as the bread browned, it cooled. It's 68 degrees at home and the oil is on the counter. I made the 3rd batch in my trusty Sunbeam toaster after ruining 4 slices of bread in this thing. I do not recommend.
