The product is no good, I won't buy it again.

I bought a TV in April 2022. In May 2022, when the TV was turned on, the screen stopped displaying the image (there was not even a dim image), while the sound was present (the set-top box was turned on, there was sound from one of the TV channels). I turned to the official SAMSUNG service center with a request to consider the possibility of reducing the cost of repair work, because. the service engineer suggested that it is possible to replace the TV matrix, and this is taking into account the departure of the service engineer (500), diagnostics (4000), repair (9500 replacement of the matrix) and the cost of the part (I don’t know the exact figure here, but I suppose that it will be at least 45,000 with this size of the TV screen - google it) can be about 60,000, which is more than the amount for which the TV was purchased (this, by the way, is what car services do when a client comes to them with problems, appeared in a period of time close to warranty service - they go to meet the client, paying for expensive parts, while the client pays for the repair). To which I received a comment from a technical support specialist: "The warranty period has expired, repairs are at the expense of the TV buyer." In addition, in the same week, the SAMSUNG NOTE 10 LITE phone stopped working. Fortunately, it is under warranty (served 11 months). I took it to the official SAMSUNG service center, they made a free repair (replaced the motherboard and connector). But! A week later, the phone stopped working again. At the moment it is under repair at the official service center. So you think it's bad luck or Samsung technology has become so unreliable in recent years that it breaks down, exactly, a year later, when the warranty period expires (with the phone, of course, I was a little more lucky)? And the attitude of SAMSUNG (its individual representatives), who are not ready to meet their regular customers, is also depressing.
