Other reviewers complained about the picture quality of this monitor. I won't disagree - there are other monitors with better imaging (and better construction). But I just ordered this monitor as a reference monitor and it works great for that purpose. also as a playback monitor for a DSLR that makes video recordings (this also works). The monitor is easy to set up and relatively light. The audio jack lets you quickly connect headphones or an external speaker. I love this monitor and will use it a lot.
