I spent almost a week with him. I bought both S9 and S6. Installing HT always works and I installed this cooler on an Emotiva xpa5. If you have special amps, you all know how they heat up. No longer. The best thing about this product is that it is fully automated. Set and forget. I've never seen coolers run more than a quarter speed all the time. I watched Mortal Kombat yesterday and the amps were heavily loaded in some scenes. This is an amazing product and as mentioned here the quality already built is above average in my opinion considering that companies are really saving money these days. I got it installed and running in less than 5 minutes. Bottom line, the AMP now runs MUCH COOLER and the fan is doing its job. Run in manual mode if you wish, but this product is best suited to the automated function in my opinion. Install it and leave it alone. Fan noise wasn't an issue for me as some others have mentioned, but probably b/ci hasn't seen it run more than a quarter speed yet. I saw it run at half speed once and even then the noise didn't bother me during the movie. If you have expensive equipment, this is not a problem. The durability of the product is impressive.
