When it arrived I was pleased, it was a little flatter than I thought it would be but still fluffy enough to cushion an existing mattress. Leave it on for 24 hours before laying the bed. I found myself waking up hot for the first few nights (I don't usually find that difficult). I then asked my husband to spin the air cooler to help with this. , and where the skin touched the pad! It looked like fiberglass! I thought it was just me but tonight my husband got up thinking he had some kind of rash. He said it looked like fiberglass! (I didn't mention how I felt) so I knew it was the fibers in the mattress pad! So we had to take off the topper, change sheets etc. at midnight today! We are very disappointed! Now I need to know who to contact to get a refund or another topper or something that will solve our problem! Let's get back to the starting point!
