In spite of the fact that they assured me they had everything I required to complete the task, I experienced a number of problems with the products and services they provided. As a result of the poor quality of the components I received and the fact that they did not properly fit my vehicle, my project has become even more complicated. When I attempted to get assistance from the customer service department, I was faced with lengthy wait times and representatives who were unable to assist me. The procedure for returning the item was puzzling and time-consuming, which added to my annoyance. My experience with HiwowSport as a source for automotive components and accessories was, on the whole, one that was unreliable and underwhelming. Before choosing to do business with this company, I would strongly advise other customers to give thorough consideration to the alternatives available to them.
