This is QUALITY. Do not order any other matchin. The first night we made 6 different types of ravioli using a large Bellemain ravioli machine which we also bought. Then we cut the day and fat noodles from the remaining leftovers. ZERO cleaning problems. Just wipe with a towel. We used 3 cups of flowers and 4 eggs and 1 tablespoon of oil for our test. Start from scratch and repeat a few times for each setting, keep bending and trimming if it's too long. Work in a team to get the best results. Try not to drink too much wine or you'll lose focus! :-). So happy I bought the best straight out of the gate. A lot of research paid off!
