Not a real Marcato Atlas 150 Wellness Pasta Maker

This listing looks like the pasta maker is a real Marcato Atlas 150 (also for the same price), but it is NOT. The real one has "health" on the front. This one is cheap. I was missing a screw and every time you try to change the setting to the next thinner roll the whole page pops out (as shown in the picture). Don't buy - spend the extra $10 to buy a real one from Bed Bath and Beyond.

Marcato has no after-sales service for product defects

I bought a pasta press in September 2017. After five uses, the clamp broke. I have contacted Marcato three times directly through their email address listed on their website and have received absolutely no response. I was contacted by Revane who then simply said they would except return the product. I wanted to buy the same pasta press and now it costs more. Basically, I just don't want to pay too much for an item that will never fail, or at least shouldn't be replaced for free.

qualitative. Period. in Pasta and pizza tools

This is QUALITY. Do not order any other matchin. The first night we made 6 different types of ravioli using a large Bellemain ravioli machine which we also bought. Then we cut the day and fat noodles from the remaining leftovers. ZERO cleaning problems. Just wipe with a towel. We used 3 cups of flowers and 4 eggs and 1 tablespoon of oil for our test. Start from scratch and repeat a few times for each setting, keep bending and trimming if it's too long. Work in a team to get the best results…

  • I vaguely remember

I bought this pasta maker just because I have Type II Diabetes. Unbleached flour products like wheat bread and pasta are better because they are unbleached and break down more slowly than white flour. Unbleached wheat pasta can sometimes be hard to find or cost more for whatever reason, organic or otherwise. The instructions for use are available in different languages and the amount in the recipe is given in grams. A simple web search for conversions and recipes solves this problem. I've read…

Was just about to bring this to Goodwill when.

Seller's first note: They sent it to me broken. The ring bearing of the fettuccine roller came loose and rattled inside the machine. I didn't know this when I first used the machine, when I tried to roll the pasta through part of the fettuccine machine and it wouldn't roll, I just thought I didn't know how to operate the machine well enough. Luckily I was able to unbolt the car, get to this part and fix it. After using this machine for the first time, I was ready to give it away and buy a…
