Review on Marcato 8320 Machine Cutter Instructions by Diane Ferreira

This is your Cadillac remedy if you can't find it on the supermarket shelf or if it's too expensive.

I bought this pasta maker just because I have Type II Diabetes. Unbleached flour products like wheat bread and pasta are better because they are unbleached and break down more slowly than white flour. Unbleached wheat pasta can sometimes be hard to find or cost more for whatever reason, organic or otherwise. The instructions for use are available in different languages and the amount in the recipe is given in grams. A simple web search for conversions and recipes solves this problem. I've read that this car is considered the Cadillac of pasta cars, and for me it is. I didn't have any of the issues I've seen in other reviews. The movement is smooth and quiet. The rollers close evenly for the same dough uniformity. I did not buy a model with an electric motor. Rotating by hand is fine with me. I use a 2" and 12" ruler for the lasagna pasta template and cut it out with a pizza cutter. Works like a master in cooking spinach and other vegetable noodles. Dust the rolls and noodles with a little flour.
