The ease of use, very intuitive interface makes it easier for non-technical users that do not have much experience with computers or internet access in general to make an online purchase through our website! Customer service has been excellent - they are always willing & able answer any questions you may ask them regarding their product/service offerings!! I cannot think about anything negative at all.
We love using this platform because we can now offer customers from around NY state as well as Canada easy shipping options without having someone physically drive out there (which would be expensive).

- Very responsive when needed help is provided promptly after emailing tech dept staff members via live chat option included within system's admin console area; )Very user friendly front end portal where sales reps go into order details section during checkout process so easily add items purchased by consumer directly onto cart page before checkingout which saves time
