Double slices with less effort - a real pleasure!
I like to cut hard-boiled eggs for salads or just to eat by myself. The manual slicer I bought from the supermarket was more fragile and difficult to clean. The wires didn't always interfere with the egg cradle either. This one is better built and easy to clean. It cuts better and when I tip it over to empty, the egg falls right where I want it.
