High-quality workmanship. Durable with solid weight. The outstanding product is genuine and the magnet is definitely strong. I paid a hefty price expecting the perfect product as I am under construction and this is what I will be using on a daily basis. However, it is not ideal. Room for improvement: The retraction force is quite weak, forcing you to stand there and hand-wind the tape for each measurement. The main downside for me was the missed opportunity to print measurements on both sides of the tape. .I am a plumber and use backside measurements for all my bands. Makes measuring tubes for cutting breezes. I didn't even realize it came without it until I had already stamped my initials on it and used it on day one.
