So here is my five month update. Going down from 5 stars to 2. Got it, loved it, obsessed with this dryer. Not to mention that stuttering changed my life with hair. Then they stopped blowing hot. This only works when it's hot. You will void the warranty if you purchase it through Revain. It's not worth it at all. It just turned into a headache and a huge heartache. Revain was kind enough to return it to me but they charged me a 20% restocking fee. Ouch. But that means they know ghd is not honoring the warranty and they know they are not an authorized retailer.
