💨 ghd Helios 1875w Advanced Professional Hair Dryer: The Ultimate Blow Dryer for Professionals Review

I recently bought this because I have thick hair and am fed up with cheap hair dryers that take forever to dry my hair. Which also made my hair dry and brittle. I was really looking forward to it, but. This hair dryer took a very long time to dry my hair, plus it's too heavy. I returned shortly thereafter, expecting something better for $250. Overpriced! Do not buy.

This dryer was worth every penny. I've tried many others over the years including Dyson and Harry Josh. I was hesitant to buy the GHD because of the cost as I wasn't blown away by the other two but I'm so glad I did. I have fine, medium-density hair that is naturally frizzy, but I blow dry it straight. This blow dryer dries my hair much faster and softer without drying it out.

This is the best hair dryer I have ever had. I was looking for a blow dryer that would fit my thick hair and not take hours to dry. Before I decided on this dryer, I tried four other dryers in different price categories. High heating and drying performance. A big plus, I dry my hair twice as fast as before. Not really a minus, it would be ideal if the weight was a little less.

I tried 3 different hair dryers, T3 Curio, ghd helios and a yellow one that I forgot the name of (which wasn't hot enough to straighten curls/curls). The Curio T3 wasn't hot enough, but it was very light and didn't dry fast enough either. The GHD Helios is heavier (only downside) but straightened my frizzy hair very quickly. The two biggest issues I have are the attachment that comes with it and the plug. The air coming out of the nozzle isn't as directional as it is on my Super Solano, so it always creates a lot of flies. The plug keeps falling out, which is very annoying. The drying time is good and the heating temperature remains constant.

Wow! My hair texture is normal and frizzy, nothing helped. I finally settled on this hair dryer and it's worth every penny! Not only has drying time been cut in half, my hair looks like it just got out of the salon. I didn't have to use a hair straightener either. I highly recommend this product!

I bought it as a gift for my wife. We live in Arizona, so she dries her hair naturally when she's not in a hurry. However, it is great for drying hair after a night shower or in winter. She says he is calm but powerful. This greatly reduces the drying time of the hair.

So here is my five month update. Going down from 5 stars to 2. Got it, loved it, obsessed with this dryer. Not to mention that stuttering changed my life with hair. Then they stopped blowing hot.
