These are almost indistinguishable from the duplo legos. The plastic is a tiny bit thinner but not obviously so. They adhere perfectly to the legos and are a nice supplement. Great value for the money since duplos are very expensive.The duplo legos have the images printed on them- these you have to apply the stickers and attach the wheels to the train pieces. The stickers do not line up perfectly size wise with the blocks (too big or wrong shape).Perhaps the sets are not identical (mine was different than the pictures in the instruction manual). So the blocks are possibly more random? Image attached of what was included in my set. We were also shorted by several blocks. The set is advertised as having 214 pieces. Even if you include wheels on the trains (extra 8 pieces) we were still off by ten or so pieces. It also doesn’t come with the platform that is pictured.
