My baby is 11 months old, feet 4.5 inches. We ordered size 12-18 months and it looks like it will be size 5. There was no yellow on the bottom. She didn't walk in them but they have little "handles" with white dots so hopefully they won't be slippery as she walks past the wedding but will keep her from falling. Pictures in the mail will help you decide if this is right for your child. Perfect fit for us. Cute shoes - and look just like they did in the mail.
