This is exactly what you see. That includes hardware for the latch mechanism that goes into the tailgate, but that's about it. There are also new hammers, but the washer turned out to be too small and got stuck between the threads and the shoulder - which is why there are only 4 views. It was also slightly smaller in diameter than the OEM, meaning it wouldn't be as tight if I used it. My old ones weren't that bad so I was fine. You will need 11 metric 25mm screws/washers from a hardware store. You will also need shoulder screws that attach to the cable trolley. Again, mine weren't that bad and cleared up well. However, I had to replace all 11 other screws.
