Great solution if automation means saving money
The best part is that it allows you to integrate with other applications like Zapier or IFTTT so you can automate your processes and save time in workflows.ZenKraft has helped us be efficient by automating our shipping process for both internal shipments as well as fulfillment of customer's products. We also use their API which helps us connect with different external systems such as PayPal, Zendesk etc. It sometimes takes some time to understand how everything works but once we do they are very helpful. Automation of manual tasks is one of my favorite things about this software.
Pros
- I love being able see all possible data sources at any given moment without having multiple tabs open just trying find what i need! Also really liked seeing trends across accounts/account managers within an account when looking through analytics reports
Cons
- Somewhat difficult learning curve
- Not quite sure if there were enough resources available
