Something "new " in the kitchen and dining room
I've been using the crush for many years and Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's are coming up. Mashed potatoes are the most popular side dish. So I decided to try something "new" and bought this potato ricer. I was a little apprehensive about buying this product after reading all the reviews. But before it was mixed, I halved the boiled potato and gradually pressed it into the rice and it was really good! I love that the potatoes are so fluffy and creamy. No lumps and lumps, all great. I've tried this to squeeze extra water out of spinach and herbs and it works well too.
