This pill cutter works great as advertised. The plastic material is sturdy and the build quality is very decent. The blade is sharp enough to cut my pills in half without shattering them into tiny pieces. The triangular guide allows the pill to be centered perfectly and easily for cutting. No more guess work to get right where it needs to be under the blade.The bonus keychain pill holder is a nice touch. It is made of aluminum and has a waterproof O-ring on the screw-in cap. It is a practical way to bring your pills on the go. A little cleaning brush is also provided, which is handy to dust off the pill cutter after use.All in all, this is a decent pill cutter.
