UPDATE: I ordered a replacement for a cracked screen protector because of course I dropped it again. My phone is still intact! The new screen installs beautifully with no problems! Possibly a user error the first time. I have not received a replacement from the company, although I think I could. I changed it from 4 to 5 stars. He's doing his job! The screen protector ripped after falling down the stairs, but not the screen. It also works perfectly with the crack. My only complaint is that it's difficult to put on without getting blisters or dirt on it. I followed the instructions and even tried the second screen. But when the screen is on, you don't notice it.
