US version, defective and returned
I believe this unit is probably defective as many other reviewers have shown much better and expected performance. I'm 3.8 miles from the tower, line of sight, no obstructions. My phone on the same carrier from the same tower has full signal. This LTE modem has 2-3 bands. Nothing changes if you point at the tower, turn the other way, or just sit on the table. The signal is unusable due to latency and packet loss. I even opened it up to see if the antenna cables were disconnected. nope Just suck. IDK what's up but it's coming back.
