Doesn't work very well. Bought to scrape sticky bun dough balls off their rising bowls. Switched to a wooden spoon as that scraper didn't get the job done. The opposite side (straight edge) can be used to cut softer dough, but it can't cut bun dough or scrape dry bits of dough off my work surface. I use a metal cutter for these jobs with better results. Might work for easier dough handling, but I'll buy a better bowl scraper for a little more money. They seem to have good ones for about $12. Will update if I find a better choice.
