I was looking for something that would hold my foot in place because it moves as I walk. Actually I was looking for a nice comfortable gel pad and came across this one. I ordered to try it, I liked it. It sits in place, it's nice and comfortable. I have a thick foot and it fits well. If I ever decrease or stay the same I'll wait for a larger size so I have a little more room. However, I emailed to see if they had more and the customer service was nothing short of phenomenal. I was told they were working on it while we were chatting, the response came very quickly. When I leave, I feel like there's nothing there. I say try.
