Very fast readings

This is the best meat thermometer I have ever owned. You no longer need to hold the thermometer with tongs as it slowly reads the temperature. It's very fast. I can't say I've checked for accuracy, but then again I've never done so in the past. A temperature sensor is included, but I haven't used it yet. If you are looking for a temperature sensor I would recommend this one.
