I love this software because it saves me alot of work with my email campaigns! The support team are quick at getting back too us any questions we have asked them about their product or using our program in general.- Not many- very easy for newbies like myself who don't know much coding background but still want help setting up an automated campaign through emails.

You can set everything from what your first message will be when people signup etc so there's no guesswork involved if things go wrong after implementing such features into one of your autoresponder programs/emails - also makes life easier during outbound prospecting calls where all i needed was 1 click away instead having 2 clicks between clicking call button and answering phone again.
