I bought these because they fit other pedals on my bike and they fit my passenger better. I wore them for ONE day before one of them got lost! They work VERY fast. I didn't use Loctite because I wanted my friend to test them and tell me what angular position works best. Well I installed them Friday night and re-tightened Saturday morning. It's Saturday night and coming home from a 25 mile ride, I got off my bike and saw the right one was missing. So now I have to buy a new set or reset the old ones. Anyway, I lost over $100. When you buy them, please use Loctite and lock washer. This is very cheap insurance and you won't be as angry as I am as I write this. I gave them 4 stars because they must come with a lock washer. The transition from coarse to fine thread also helps.
