Make sure your order is true to size and fits

I don't really know if this is a good buy based on fit or quality. The description does not specify how they are measured (by planes or points?) nor list applications. To me it was an educated guess (or turkey) and I was wrong. It only cost me $10 but didn't provide any answers or solve my problem either.
