This is the worst printer I have ever used. The printer is in the office, connected through a router and it constantly loses the network, sometimes you have to remove and reinstall the device from one computer several times a day - it simply does not print, although it is listed in the list of devices, the HP proprietary program also sees it, but when Trying to print something gives an error. But that's not all the trouble - even if you managed to send something to this printer for printing, it may write, in the middle of the document, that there is no paper, although the tray is full, or that the cartridge is running out, although it certainly does not run out. There is a printer from another manufacturer nearby and it works fine, i. E. It's definitely not the router. Those who made this printer and drivers for it need to tear off their hands - 20 years ago, cheap printers worked more stable under Windows 95, and this is just a piece of useless plastic. Never again will I have any equipment with the "HP" logo.
