Okay, first of all, let's get to the actual question and answer. YES, it works with Oculus Quest 1 and 2. The transfer rate is the same as the Quest connection cable! and looks like a connecting cable. I really love this cable. There is no reason not to buy this cable as it is much cheaper and perfect for Oculus. My cable never loses connection between my computer and my device in any of my games. I play AAA and VRChat games and this cable has served me well. I'll be buying another one as a backup in case those cables run out.
