This is one of those items you never knew you needed. I've typically used bungee cords and have had the typical chafing on my frames due to cord friction. The set includes two straps. No instructions are required and these straps are very easy to use. When I tested it on my road bike, one strap was more than enough to attach the wheel to the frame. In other words, I can easily mount the front wheels of two bikes on one car rack in one purchase. This strap is very well designed with a rubber bottom to prevent it from slipping and scratching the paintwork.
