Review on 🌅 Sunset 2 inch Rafter, Model 56617, in Laredo by Andrew Grant

I decided to use these brackets first to fit the rest of the hardware. Functionally, they make a good connection between the rafters and the corresponding lintels/supports. I wouldn't call them stronger than other L brackets I've seen. The reason they only get 3 stars is that the screws that come with them come loose very easily. The powder coating is also easy to remove. I contacted Ozco to see if I could get additional screws but they never responded. (I'm also hoping to get 2 more brackets because they only come in a pack of 10 and I have 11 rafters). I suggest using 3/8" allen rather than Phillips head screws. Pros: nice looks, functional sound. Cons: screws come off too easily, no option to buy a smaller package, bit pricey
