At first glance they look and feel high quality with a decent thick chrome finish. I really like that they are a one piece design with no lid; as opposed to a crappy OEM design. However, there were some things I didn't like. The tapered seat is at least approximately 1/16 inch narrower than the OEM lug nuts, greatly reducing the seat's contact area. I don't know if that's true. Problem or not, it's definitely less stability and grip to prevent the nuts from loosening. The well-made nuts were simply placed in a plastic bag. I found a few contact scratches on the chrome surfaces, hopefully these aren't the beginning of rust spots .β Some nuts had threads that seemed to take a few turns before seizing. Too tight to turn fingers. I didn't feel like there would be much of a problem here as I just pushed lightly with a socket wrench to seat them. I don't think it was a problem with the studs as they are all new and clean and the stock lug nuts were easy to thread the full length of the thread with a finger. It will be interesting to see if the rust stays.?
