I received my G11 vacuum cleaner in July. It was working fine until yesterday, August 30, 2021. On Sunday the 29th he was working normally. He went home and reloaded. Yesterday morning the light was off and it didn't work! We tried the solutions listed in the user manual, nothing helped. They didn't come back long. I chose not to pay for Thamtu insurance because other products that have insurance have never been used. great choice on my part! NO, this morning after being very angry all day yesterday I decided to try again. My husband is the person I go to to fix things, he has fixed my sewing machines, long arm and other non electrical things. turned off and it was still, DEAD! This morning I asked him if he could check the battery to see if it's alive. The batteries were fine. I'm like, "Now what." My mechanic put the car back together, and as soon as he hooked up the battery, the damn thing started talking. He can only imagine that the battery was incorrectly connected at the factory. These machines hit things and aren't gentle! I was ready to crash my new Thamtu. Thank god I haven't. I also looked at other vacuum robots because cleaning under furniture is very easy. All I can say is see if the battery is alive and make sure it's connected and your G11 doesn't fall off and get destroyed.
