Breadman 2lb Professional Breadmaker Stainless Steel BK1050S I have had my first Breadman breadmaker for many years and it has been a great machine in terms of quality and design and functionality. . On March 30, 2018 I decided to buy a second bread maker from the same company. I placed my order for a Revain Breadman 2lb Professional Breadmaker, Stainless Steel, BK1050S. It arrived on time in a well-packaged box. I followed the owner's manual and used it as instructed for the first time to remove oil on a white quick cycle. I tried to open the lid at the end of the cycle, the lid was blocked. I called the phone number given in the instructions and the operator said that the lid didn't have a lock. I tried to open it again, it won't open. I had to force it open and to my surprise the plastic on the lid side and the plastic on the solid control side melted and bonded together. I'm writing this review after contacting the company three times to no avail and replacing Ed. Revolution. I am very disappointed: 1- The cheap material this machine was made of. 2- Awkward and unattractive design compared to the first machine. 3- the display is difficult to see 4- the instructions in the manual are misleading, 5- both the size of the bread and the blackening are the same on every setting, despite following the recipes in the manual closely. 6- Dealing with the service representative on the phone was very difficult.
