UPDATE March 2020: Enjoy this bread maker to the fullest. I had no problems with that at all. The bread is fantastic. While I don't know exactly what the beep is that sounds 1 hour 42 minutes before the main lunch time, is it to add something to the top of the bread? Who knows. I never understood that.
