Nice little gadget, can cause cupcakes to fall apart if not careful
I bake a lot of cupcakes for the coffee shop I work at and I got tired of filling cupcakes with a nozzle so have I bought that. Pros: Leaves plenty of room for toppings. Pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it. Pretty easy to clean. Makes cupcakes very easy to fill. slightly crunchier than soft - sometimes cupcakes crack when you try to take out the center, sometimes cupcakes fall apart
