These gloves were used to catch lobsters in the Florida Keys. I was able to swim and pick up lobsters with NO lobster spines going through the glove. Anyone who has caught lobsters knows that they can be very spicy. The only thing missing was the courage to reach out and grab her. It takes a little practice to get used to it. I love these gloves.
