I bought this part because it seemed to be better quality than others on the internet and a lot cheaper than the "OEM" part it replaced. I was very happy with the quality. My washing machine didn't squeeze all the water out of my clothes, the spin cycle was basically useless and forced my dryer to work overtime to dry my clothes. The setup was a little bearish, but it's not about the items. Fault. If you're having trouble removing the dishwashing plate, try boiling water and some green degreaser, leave for 15 minutes, and then run the rinse cycle. This loosened the plate enough to allow it to be removed. After calibration, the washing machine works like new. Saved a lot of money doing it myself.
