Wonderful tool to streamline staff, patient info and documents
I love how easy it was for me as an owner of my own business in which we do not use this product yet! The customer service has been fantastic so far!! You can definitely tell they are passionate about what you're doing with your website- very helpful when things get confusing or hard at times while building/maintaining our site. We have had some issues but their team seems willing (and able)to help us through whatever challenges arise each step along way into using IV's features etc., Our main issue right now being getting users familiarized wtih all aspects involved within its platform before implementing fully throughout clinic - otherwise great software overall. ! I like how easy it was for me as an employee of our vet clinic/business office (i am not using this system at my job)to be able see all aspects regarding patients in one place! Very helpful!! There really isn't anything i don’t love about intavvet other then maybe some minor things with certain features but nothing major- so far everything has been great.
- I can see how this would be beneficial for every vet clinic or practice in general
- I wish there was a better way to keep track of when patients are due for their next vaccination or when they last received their last vaccine
